Perfect morning chai
The night before: crush cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg and dry roast in small pan. Turn off heat then add good black tea leaves, sliced ginger and soymilk. Stir and leave overnight.
In the AM: stirring, bring chai to near boil, then strain into warm mug and BLISS OUT before work. X x x
